This cake has cool whip topping and sliced strawberries, it's best served that way or you can just eat it plain or add your own type of fruit on top, but VERY delicious with cool whip!
Ok so the recipe is REALLY super EASY! I found the best way to make it is individually in the mini loaf pans. The milk get absorbed more and it's more moist and very filling and satisfying :) You could eat one on your own but, it's better if you split it with two people! Perfect date night treat or neighborhood gifts :)
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 can of sweeten condensed milk
1 can of evaporate milk
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
(it's gonna be GOOD & and well we won't count the calories :P)
Make the cake as directed on box divide up the batter between 5 mini loaf pans. Bake according to directions. Let the cake cool for 15 mins then poke holes in the cake to allow the milk mixture to fall in and be absorbed by cake! I used a laddle and did one scoop of milk mixture into each pan until the milk mixture was gone.
Milk mixture: add ALL the milks together in to a bowl and mix until smooth, I did a mixer and beat it for 5-10 mins. Then add a 1 tsp of vanilla and beat/mix for 1 more min. Then pour the mixture over your cake or cakes.
You will need to place suran wrap over you cake to keep all the moisture in, and refrigerate over night, for best results or for a min of 8 hrs. Have fun and enjoy!
